It has been on the drawingboard for a very (VERY)
long time, but here it finally is. From Eindhoven to Rome on a recumbent edition 2006!
Mind you, it still is not quite the way I like it, but I couldn’t wait any
longer to put it “live”.
The old site was getting a bit “long in the tooth” when it came to presenting the content. Several designs passed my monitor but were rejected, so the actual work never commenced... But as you can see, I managed to get something done.
Fact is that this trip took place almost 4 years ago, and although I still have the journal at hand and my maps, it gets harder to scrape some memories from the back of my mind.
Anyway. Enjoy the site!

Although the Condor has a relatively short wheelbase, it still is a stable bicycle, with no nervous steering habits.
Quite a lot of people state that at higher speeds...
Thanks to my meticulous filing capabilities (ahum), it was more or less forgotten until they were discovered
once again on one of those rainy, boring...
“This can get even more crazy...” That was what I thought a few years ago, when cycling from my appartment to my parent’s home
started to get...
I can’t remember the first time I saw a recumbent but I DO know that I was immediately grasped by the concept and the accompanying design...
